Applications such as using the MultiStrap as a weight belt, yoga strap, or as a resistance adjustment system for rubber bands require only 1 MultiStrap.

If you want to use the MultiStraps as a quick setup for the rings, then you need 2 straps.

If you want to use it as a quick setup for the rings and also use it as a resistance adjustment system for rubber bands, or as a weight belt at the same time, you need 3 MultiStraps.

Usage

The MultiStrap is a multipurpose and minimalistic training tool with endless of possibilities.

It fits in your pocket, yet enables you to:

  1. Get complete freedom and control to adjust the resistance, or assistance provided by rubber bands in a stepwise manner.
  2. Stepwise adjust the intensity of stretches and mobility exercises, similar to a yoga strap, yet much more powerful.
  3. Further reduce the weight and size of your minimalistic gym ring setup and drastically simplify the setup process when setting up on a straight bar.
  4. Always have a weight belt handy, no matter where you are.
  5. Get creative and use it as a door anchor, nordic curl setup, measuring device for measuring progress etc.

The MultiStrap has loops in 5cm steps and is equipped with 2x square carabiners that enables a variety of setup possibilities.

  • Wrap it around a bar, or anchor point by threading through the end loop and clip the rubber bands directly into one of the MuliStrap loops.
  • When the bar, or anchor point is high, threading throught the end loop can make it difficult to detach after use. In this case, simply throw the band over the anchor point, or bar and clip the end of the MultiStrap into the highest loop you can reach.
  • You can also wrap the MultiStrap around poles, or ladders to use it in combination with the rubber bands for exercises such as squats and jumps, as well as isolation exercises such as bicep curls, triceps extensions and various other open chain exercises.
  • The MultiStraps can also be used as a door anchor for the rubber bands for various use cases.

Only your imagination will limit the potential uses of the MultiStrap. Here is a list of recommended uses:

  1. As a resistance adjustment system for rubber bands. More specifically this can be used to adjust assistance in for example pull-up and planche progressions, or adjust added resistance in for example squats, jumps and isolation exercises.
  2. As a quick setup for the minimalistic gym rings, making it even faster and more lightweight. This will only work for anchor points that are parallell to the ground.
  3. As a yoga strap, or stretching device, enabling you to step wise deepen your stretches
  4. As a minimalistic and lightweight weight belt for weighted pull-ups, dips etc.
  5. As a measuring device for measuring progress in bodyweight strength exercises and mobility drills where progress is measured in distances.
  6. Various other creative uses such as an anchor for nordic curls, or a door anchor for the rubber bands, or rings.
