1. Booking. Your booking is confirmed, and a contract exists between you and Movement Made, when the order confirmation is sent to you. The person placing the booking accepts these conditions on behalf of every guest in the booking.

2. Prices and payment. Prices and what is included are stated per accommodation option. We reserve the right to change published prices at any time before you book. If you choose the 50% deposit option, the remaining balance is invoiced May 18, 2027 and due June 1, 2027. If the balance is not paid by the due date, the booking may be treated as cancelled by you under section 4.

3. Arrival and departure. Check-in from 3 pm on your scheduled arrival date and check-out by 11 am on your departure date. If you arrive after 8 pm, please let us know in advance so we can arrange your check-in.

4. Cancellation by you. Cancellations must be sent to us in writing by the person who placed the booking, and take effect the day the notification is sent. Refunds of the amount paid: more than 91 days before the festival, 90%; 90 to 15 days, 50%; 14 to 8 days, 25%; 7 days or less, no refund. With a doctor's medical certificate, a 75% refund applies to cancellations announced before the festival begins. Once the festival has started, no refund is given for any unused portion. For deposit bookings the same percentages apply to the total booking value, which can mean part of the balance remains payable.

5. Cancellation and changes by us. We reserve the right to cancel your booking in any circumstances, in which case you receive a full refund. We plan the festival many months ahead and occasionally changes must be made to the programme, schedule, accommodation type or teaching line-up, which we reserve the right to do at any time. If your accommodation type must be changed, we will do our utmost to provide accommodation of a similar or higher standard. We are not responsible for circumstances that prevent a promoted coach or teacher from attending, and we reserve the right to make changes to the programme and coach line-up. Such changes do not entitle you to a refund.

6. Force majeure. No compensation is paid if we are forced to cancel or change the festival due to war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, epidemics, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, technical or maintenance problems with transport, or other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

7. Health, insurance and own risk. We strongly recommend full travel insurance covering medical expenses and personal belongings. Please check with your doctor that you are sufficiently fit to take part in yoga, movement and any other physical activity at the festival. Participation in all activities is entirely at your own risk.

8. Our liability. We are responsible for providing the festival as described and to a reasonable standard. We are not responsible for your personal belongings, or for optional activities booked locally with third parties.

9. House rules. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire hotel, including guest rooms, corridors and bathrooms (the venue applies a 5000 NOK penalty). Pets are only allowed by prior written arrangement and may carry extra charges from the venue.

10. Tents and rented equipment. All use of rented tents, glamping units, lavvos and any other rented or borrowed equipment is at your own risk. You are responsible for the equipment during your stay and will be charged in full for damage, loss or theft.

11. Photo and video. The festival is documented in photo and video, which may be used in our marketing. If you do not wish to appear, tell us in writing before the festival and make yourself known to the photographer on site.

12. Privacy. Your details are used to administer your booking. We share necessary guest information with the venue (Nøsen Yoga og Fjellhotell) and with your coaches where needed for the event. Second guest details are provided by the main guest with the second guest's consent. Marketing communication follows our privacy policy and you can opt out at any time.

13. Complaints. If you have a problem during the festival, tell a member of our team immediately so we can put it right. If it cannot be resolved on site, contact us in writing after the festival.
