Movement Made Outpost is an immersive movement retreat designed to reconnect you with strength, play, and presence—set against the backdrop of the Thai jungle and ocean at Vikasa Yoga Retreat in Koh Samui.
Over five days, you’ll train, explore, and unwind alongside an international team of Movement Made coaches and guest teachers. Expect a carefully curated blend of acrobatics, flexibility, calisthenics strength, and embodied movement practices—balanced with recovery, connection, and space to breathe.
This is not just a training camp.
It’s an outpost: a place to step away from routine, drop deeper into your body, and move with intention.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
Each day combines structured training sessions with time to rest, reflect, and connect. Sessions are intelligently layered and accessible, whether you’re deep in your movement practice or ready to expand into something new.
An all-inclusive experience
Accommodation
Vikasa’s rooms are private sanctuaries designed for rest and deep sleep, with panoramic views of the ocean, infinity pool, and tropical gardens. Each room is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, cleaned daily, and refreshed with drinking water and a healthy minibar. All accommodations are within easy walking distance of the training shalas, Life Café, spa, infinity pool, and secret beach.
Movement Fuel
Our ticket price also includes two healthy delicious meals to fuel your body for optimum performance. Brunch is served between 9.30-11.30am and dinner is served between 6.30-8.30pm each day. These are meals include a wide variety of delicious options for you to choose from.
Aside from the included set meals, a full menu is available at the cafe from 9am-9pm seven days a week.

Vikasa Yoga Retreat - where we host the Outpost, is located roughly 20 minutes from Koh Samui International Airport.
When you book your ticket, you will receive an email with information and we will ask if you would like us to arrange an airport pickup.
