    This is Movement Made Festival

    Let's do it again; we are bringing together the best coaches from various movement diciplines! Come and explore this holistic experience of physical and social exploration and growth with us up in the Norwegian mountains at Nøsen Yoga Retreat!

     

    What to expect?

    During the week, you’ll have the chance to explore and participate in:

    • Calisthenics strength - in many various ways with some of the best athletes in their fields!
    • Hand balancing – you can potentially bring a lot of time upside down 

    • Restorative Yoga - chill, relax and boost your energy!

    • Flexibility and mobility training

    • Capoeira, breakdance, acroyoga - Challenge yourself in new and exciting ways!

    • Barefoot running in the mountains – Feel the earth under your feet, the wind on your skin, and your breath in sync with the trail. This isn’t a workout — it’s a return to nature. In collab with Luna Sandals. 

    • Connect with nature and learn about the local tradition of movement culture Explore and learn about the rich tradition of the energetic and acrobatic Norwegian folk dance, known for its impressive leaps and dynamic movements.

    • Movement jams - Challenge the coaches and inspire each other!! Who got the deepest split?
    • Q&A Discussion with the coaches exploring themes such as philosophy, diet, consistency, and more, helping you build habits that support your movement journey.

    • Talks – Learn and be inspired by our interesting movement team!
    • Evening bonfires & live music - After a full day of movement, unwind under the stars with music, laughter, and barefoot dancing around the fire. You'll also get the chance to get in touch with the mountain spirits from mystical and healing sound baths.

    • Other activities; pause and embrace the beauty of nature: Hikes, swimming, SUP board, trampolines, trail walking among free range cows, berry picking - cloudberries is a must-try! Enjoy nature freely! It's important to take a break and recharge <3

    Who is it for?  - All levels welcome

    • We’ve got you covered—whether you’re just starting out or more experienced, our classes are tailored to different levels so everyone can feel challenged and supported.
    • There will be parallel sessions and opportunities to bounce between levels.
    • All classes, workshops and talks will be in english.

    An all-inclusive experience

    Accommodation; Hotel, Cabins, Lavvocamp and tents

    We have several different accommodation options – for friends, groups and solo guests. You can stay in one of the beautiful cabins, book a hotel room, sleep in a made bed in a lavvo, or bring a tent and get access to bathrooms - or you can have a dip in the lake!

    You choose your preferable accommodation when you buy your ticket. All prices on the booking page include festival ticket. Prices are in NOK (1000 NOK = 85 EURO). All prices are all-inclusive.

    Movement Fuel

    Three times a day there will be served deliciuos food in the dining hall. Nøsen aim to offer the best vegetarian food based on Ayurvedic principles and modern science, using seasonal products and food that promotes health and well-being. Where the goal is to create a meal that is tasty, healthy, nutritious and a party to the eye.

    Eggs will be served in different forms and there will be delicious and healthy diary free and gluten free options available.

    We’ll also be serving some meat from our festival shop for an additional charge..
