Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

EU Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer a 9.9 EUR flat rate shipping to EU countries.* 

Taxes and VAT is included in the price and there will be no additional taxes, customs, or other related fees when ordering to EU countries.

*Exceptions are Cyprus and Malta, where a flat shipping rate of 29 EUR is offered.

Norwegian Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer a 199 NOK flat rate shipping to Norway.

Taxes and VAT is included in the price and there will be no additional taxes, customs, or other related fees when ordering to Norway.

US Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer a 19.9 EUR flat rate shipping to the US.

Taxes and VAT is not included in the price. The US has a threshold value of 800 USD for custom fees. As such, any order below the value of 800 USD will pass the US customs without any additional feels.

We do not take any responsibilities for any applicable taxes, customs, or import fees for orders above 800 USD delivered to the US.

International Shipping outside EU, Norway and the US

We offer flat rate international shipping to the following countries, grouped by zones:

For International orders outside the EU, Norway and the US, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Movement Made is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

In-store pickup

We do not have any retailers, or physical shops. As such, the only way to buy our products is through our website

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping cost for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@email.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
