Festival Program

The Movement Made Festival 2025 offers a dynamic blend of movement, mindfulness, and community. You can engage in a variety of workshops and classes led by renowned coaches in disciplines such as hand balancing, calisthenics strength, yoga, and flexibility training. The program also includes unique experiences like barefoot trail running, Hallingdans—a traditional Norwegian folk dance—sound baths, and evening bonfires with live music.

With activities designed for all skill levels, the festival provides an opportunity to explore new movement practices, connect with like-minded individuals, and immerse oneself in nature <3

Be aware of the parallell classes. We're scheduling up to three classes at the same time. On Sunday there will only be classes until lunch.
