In the mountains of Norway in late summer, you can expect all kinds of weather.
It can be rainy and windy with a chill in the air, but also sunny and warm. No matter the forecast, it’s wise to be prepared for sudden changes – the weather can shift in seconds! Inside the festival tent and at the hotel, it will always be warm and cozy, and with a bonfire burning in the tent during the evenings🔥

Welcome to the mountains!
Movement was never meant to be separate from life. Moving to Reconnect is about rediscovering movement as something natural, varied, playful, and deeply human. And in the end finding our way back to our bodies, nature, and each other.
There must be a reason why all our coaches wear barefoot shoes... One sign of weakness is consistently tired, achey, or tight foot muscles. Strengthening your feet will almost certainly help – far more than extra padding, which may feel soft but can weaken your feet over time by limiting mobility.
Our bands were recently featured in a review by Calisthenics Worldwide, and placed on top of the winning list - highlighted as one of the top performing options tested.
