I Wish I Had FatBars a Lot Sooner

This is Summer's story – @summerfunfitness

Growing up in a small, secluded place, gymnastics or cheerleading weren’t even options.
Still, movement was always a dream — to flip, balance, and express strength in new ways.

After years of trying different sports and training methods, she eventually discovered calisthenics — a way to build skill and control through pure bodyweight movement.

“When I started, my wrist mobility was really limiting. I could only train for maybe ten minutes before it hurt.”

But she kept going — slowly, steadily — teaching herself handstands, push-ups, and flows. Over time, those ten minutes turned into two-hour sessions.
And through it all, she realized one thing:

“I really wish I had P-bars a lot sooner.”

Why FatBars Make a Difference

If you’ve ever struggled with wrist pain, pressure, or discomfort during floor training — you know how much it can hold you back.
Paralletts or FatBars elevate your hands just enough to:

  • Relieve wrist strain and allow a more natural grip

  • Increase range of motion in push-ups, L-sits, and planches

  • Enhance control and balance in handstands

  • Build stronger, safer wrists over time

It’s one of those tools you don’t realize you need — until you feel the difference.

Start Where You Are

Whether you’re just learning to balance on your hands or already deep into your calisthenics journey — our FatBars are built to support your progress, comfort, and consistency.

Made from solid ash wood.
Designed for stability, longevity, and feel.
Crafted by movers, for movers.
